Single Session – A one-off session providing information about best nutritional and lifestyle practices to follow for improving health and well-being. This would suit individuals who want to make healthy choices and need guidance on the most beneficial and effective changes to make.
Session length: 1.15 hours to 1.30 hours.
Fee: 45 Euros per session
Follow-up to Single Session – This session monitors progress where the client has opted to make changes following a single session. It is optional but highly recommended. Any challenges and practical issues that have come up while trying to make changes can be addressed here. Follow-up sessions can be requested as required.
Session length: 30 -45 minutes
Fee: 30 Euros per session
4 Sessions – The client can choose either weekly, fortnightly or monthly sessions. This approach is tailored specifically to the client and addresses their specific challenges to adopting new habits, as well as their tastes and particular health issues. This would suit individuals wanting some support while making changes gradually over a period of time.
Session length: first session – 1 hours to 1.15 hours
Subsequent sessions – 1 hour
Fee: 35 Euros per session
6 Sessions – the client can choose either weekly or fortnightly sessions. As with 4 sessions, but with a longer period of support and accountability.

Fee: 30 Euros per session

I offer complimentary 20-30 minute introductory sessions. It gives the client and myself an opportunity to assess whether working together will be beneficial to the client.
