Health professionals world-wide agree that developing healthy diet and lifestyle habits is the key to ageing healthily.
Good habits developed early can avoid health issues, however it has been repeatedly proven that even in cases where conditions already exist, considerable improvement or reversals can be achieved by making appropriate diet/lifestyle changes.

- I bust some long-standing myths, practices and diets which do not lead to better health,
- I provide clear science-backed information to questions you may have,
- I can work with your doctor to monitor your progress.
In cases where clients would like to check with their doctors first, I can either be a part of their discussion, or connect with the doctor directly.
